A classic that we just had to toss into the mix. The best thing about this plane it that it shows you how to fold an airplane without using tape. Notice how the wings of this airplane are different than the stunt plane designs - the swept back design mimics those used on fighter planes from the Air Force.

it flew so well for me!!! aurora, after you fold the point down in the video it looks kinda like an envelope.

  2. Construction paper is usually too fibrous and heavy for paper airplanes. in the video, I am using colored copy paper, 20 pound weight. Use what you already have – scratch paper should be fine, in any color you like. I wouldn’t use newspaper, as it’s too flimsy to hold its shape. Does that help?

Hi! My name is Elizabeth. My mom let me use her account. I love this airplane design! I haven’t tried it out yet, though. Should I use construction paper or just a regular sheet of scratch paper? Please let me know, because in the video above you used construction paper, but I am using a sheet of scratch paper. And does the color matter? Because you used yellow color for this project, but I am using white instead! Please let me know which one I should use and whether the color matters or not! Oh, and by the way, the scratch paper is pretty light! Personally, I think that the scratch paper will fly better since it is lighter. Am I right?
